Shipping policy

Shipping
All orders placed before 10am (AEST) Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 10am (AEST) will be shipped the next business day. Australian deliveries are shipped via Australia Post from our warehouse in Sydney, NSW. Orders for New Zealand will be shipped from our warehouse in Auckland.

Delivery times within Australia

NSW: Metro: 2 business days; Country: up to 5 business days
All other states: Metro: 3-6 business days;  Country: please enquire with Australia Post

Shipping Costs

A $12.00 flat fee applies to metro orders under $99. Regional areas will be calculated depending on Aus Post rates and will be advised during checkout. For orders (regardless of Australia location) over $99 we offer free standard delivery across Australia. Shipping fees outside Australia might differ and will be advised during check out. 

Delivery
All orders are shipped with Australia Post. Please check your delivery address at the time of order, especially when using PayPal as sometimes an old address gets automatically populated during checkout.

Tracking Your Order
You will receive a tracking number from us via email once your order is on its way. Simply click on the link in the email and you’ll be directed to the Australia Post website where you can check where your parcel is at.
