Taking care of our kids goes beyond preparing lunchboxes and dressing them up for an occasion. There’s more to it than handing them their school money or telling them bedtime stories.

Raising a child involves a lot of decision-making. Should I allow him to play soccer outside when it’s very hot? Is letting her stay out with friends till late at night all right?

Brushing your hair doesn't only keep it well-styled and free of tangles. It also distributes your hair's natural oils to keep your entire head healthy.

But if your brush is dirty, you might not be getting that benefit.

When product and loose hair and assorted other gunk gets stuck on the brush, it absorbs those oils instead of spreading them. 

They say breakfast makes the day happy. That's true if you don't have kids. However, when you're a parent getting the kids to school on time without the emotional meltdowns and upsets is actually 100% better than breakfast. You can always go get a coffee and a muffin AFTER drop off when you can savour the hotness of your drink and eat the whole muffin yourself in silence reading a book. What's even better is that you're not in a heightened emotional state of guilt and regret having lost your sh$t with the kids because they wouldn't stand still to brush their hair before going to school.
