All you need to do is show us your best colouring skills by colouring in the back of your Happy Hair My Little Pony Brush packet, take a photo, scan the QR code and upload your epic artwork to our Facebook post (inside the Happy Hair VIP group), and Voila! You are in the draw! 

 

Terms and Conditions of this competition: 

1. Maximum file size must be under 4Gb. If your image is larger than this, please resize it so that you can upload it to our Facebook post.

2. One submission of an original colouring image only. Multiple submissions of the same colouring artwork image will be deemed void and not valid.

3. Happy Hair Brush reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process by submitting an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.

4. Competition is open to Australian and New Zealand residents only.

5. This competition is drawn monthly commencing January 2022. Entries will be accepted until the 29^th of each month at 8pm AEDT. The last month of the competition will be December 2022. 

6. Monthly prize pack items will change from month to month and the total monthly retail value will be a minimum of $150 AUD.

6. Entries must be submitted via the Happy Hair VIP Group "Happy Hair Everywhere" which can be found here:  https://www.facebook.com/groups/happyhairvip

7. No responsibility will be accepted for late or misdirected entries. All entries are deemed to be received at the time stamp on the post.

8. Any entries submitted outside the promotion time and date parameters outlined above, or after the promotion period has closed, will not be included in the promotion for that particular month.

9. All entries will be the property of Happy Hair Brush. The information entrants provide will be used by Happy Hair Brush for the purpose of conducting this promotion.

10.  This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, or Instagram or My Little Pony or Hasbro. By entering and participating, entrant agrees to hold harmless, defend and indemnify Facebook, Instagram, Hasbro and Happy Hair Brush from and against any and all claims, demands, liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), losses, costs or expenses, with respect to or arising out of or related to (i) entrant’s participation in the competition, or (ii) entrant’s participation in any Prize related activities, acceptance of a Prize and/or use or misuse of a Prize (including, without limitation, any property loss, damage, personal injury or death caused to any person(s).

11. The monthly winner/s will be drawn by 3pm on the 1^st of each month and notified by direct message on Facebook and then verified of their My Little Pony Brush purchase. The winner/s will have 48 hours to respond to the direct message, and failure to make contact will result in a redraw.

12. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

13. The prize will be sent by Australia Post or New Zealand Post (depending on the winner's location) trackable post to the winners.

14. Winners of the Happy Hair My Little Pony colouring-in competition acknowledge that the winning artworks, participant’s name, and state of residence will be published on social media platforms, newsletter and website.

15.Participants under the age of 18 must obtain parental or guardian consent to enter the competition.
